Spotify is hiring a Principal Product Manager - Format Foundations. Fully remote: Remote in the UK or Sweden (London or Stockholm based). We design Spotify’s consumer experience—end to end, moment to moment, across every screen, platform, and partner integration. This role sits within Format Foundations in Core Experience, partnering closely with these teams to grow their businesses through product innovation. What You'll Do Lead product vision and strategy across Spotify’s formats, shaping how books, podcasts, and music become more engaging, lovable, and valuable for users, creators, and the business. Define and evolve the user experience across the content journey—from discovery and evaluation through engagement, library management, and retention. Partner closely with business leaders across books, podcasts, and music to translate business strategy into product innovation that drives growth.
