Affirm, the buy-now-pay-later and consumer payments company, is hiring an Engineering Manager for its Identity team, which owns KYC, user lifecycle management and identity decisioning for every Affirm market outside North America. You'll lead and grow a team of engineers, own the technical strategy and multi-quarter roadmap (including redesigns of the identity verification journey), and be accountable for the reliability, on-call and incident response of consumer-critical systems. Looking for 7+ years of software engineering experience, including 3+ years managing engineering teams, and a track record of shipping consumer-facing software. Remote in the UK.
